DEGRADATION OF A KISS

A photograph of two persons kissing is cast onto the rocks, and slowly degrades under the effects of nature's elements into dissolution and material oblivion. Each stage takes on the form of a colloquy, a series of precise moments of affect and meaning. The vertical triptych sub-titled Triptych of Sadness (Tryptichon der Traurigkeit) initiates the voyage and former passage of a life event that has already long ago decomposed.
